I've pretty much set my mind on black as a main color, now hesitating between

I have searched and read alot of discussion regarding outer material

(tufftek vs carbon vs classic).

Looks like most ppl would go with tufftek but I have been playing with leather made eagle X72s for the last 4 years. Will tufftek feel alot different?

It is white around the Warrior...here is what it would look like with gold..It looks kinda weird since the red letters turn to orange on the customizer when you use a gold outline. I should go to MIA and ask if sports gold is comparable to the one used on the ottawa jerseys.

I've been saying on the same thing on here for a while now. Once you use Tufftek you won't want to use anything else. It's probably the biggest drug in hockey. Every glove you use after using Tufftek will have to be nylon.

If you are going tufftek, good choice on the black because white nylon tends to look rather crappy after few dozen ice times

Yours look pretty good! Your white outer stripes arent carbon though right? I heard white carbon isnt really that white.

White carbon has a yellowish-beige tint to it depending on the lighting and angle.

Just curious, how can some of you guys spend so much on gloves? Skates and sticks I understand, but what does a $150 glove to do your game compared to a $50 one?

Okay, after getting slashed hard in both hands and really FEELING the pain, I realize why you guys get expensive gloves. I'll be looking for new ones as well. OUCH

So they are finally in. Here are the specs:

Eagle X72 14" gloves

Tufftek on all

MSH2 palms

Mesh gussets

Kangaroo pouch removed

Out of the box....EASILY the most supple gloves that I have ever slid my hands into. Simply amazing how they feel right now. God only knows how good they will feel tonight after my game.
