Ive never worn or tried on Tour skates and no LHS around me carries high end Tours...I wear a 7D in Mission skates how does the fit compair?..For a Tour would I need to go smaller, Ive heard they fit big?

im not a big fan of how the tours look. they look so cheap and plastic-y

ccm 970 tacks kevlar boots or the ccm 952 tacks kevlar with kuzak chassis. easy breakin and r biult to last.

I had some Reidell's made out of kangaroo leather or something. 4 layers of leather at the thickest part. Kuzak chassis. Won a few championships with that setup. Weighed a ton compared to the stuff out now, but they're still stiff as a mother.

I had some Micron Megas on a kuzak frame, but those died pretty early. Great combo while it lasted.

My favorite skate ever though, is the old Tour 892's.

whoah dog, those were some hot skates. i always wanted to buy a pair, but i never had enough dough at that point in my life. i'd still buy a pair if i could today; i'd probably drop a set of sprungs on them or something :P

I don't know best chassis, but best boot ive ever had was on my PF10's. Thing was comfortable, good support, everything right out of the box.

I am currently digging my Boss skates. After they broke in. I might have to combine the two.

Best skate: Vapor xxxx plus red star alloy. I am currently on custom 8000s with a red star aluminum. Work well. My bros on custom 7000s plus mission vanguard magensium.
