Brent Burns pulls "The Datsyuk"

Seems to be alot of Holmqvist love from the Tampa supporters... eh? haha goaltenders are always the culprit, unless your name starts with Roberto, Pascal or Martin...

Holmqvist sucks, Ramo isn't bad but not ready. Denis SHOULD be the starter. The biggest issue is Tortorella. I was even a Grahame defender, but there's no defending a goalie that shouldn't be at this level of play.

I think he's more valuable at D than RW. At RW he was going to end up as a 3rd liner and at D he can be at least a top 3, if not higher. He's a right-hand shot with a laser and that's priceless for a PP.

He always had hands at the net and could put it in and potentially be a good power forward

Could, but then again he could be another Branko Radewhateverhisnameis. He's solid at D and can only get better. I remember his early games at RW and it seemed he didn't know what kind of player he was going to be but now it seems a little more clear.

He came out of nowhere last year on D. I like him there because he's got great hands and vision. Aside from Burns and Johnsson on the Wild, no d-man can lead the breakout. He's also big and clears the crease, which is another thing most Wild d-men can't do. And he's pretty effective on the poke check with his reach.

At forward he never seemed to have the confidence to be effective, always second guessing himself and doing nothing as a result.

Why didn't Getzlaf try that at the All-Star game when he had absolutely nothing to lose. Oh well.

I was thinking the same thing. Most of the breakaway/shootout attempts were pretty weak.

I thought someone did try that move before he did in the competition. Even if, copying that move again would have been better than what he ended up doing.
