Easton Reps(I NEED HELP)

Recommended Posts

I use the Easton Yellow Composite Blades.

I spray paint them because i do not like the colour. I broke one whil it was still under warranty and was wondering if the warranty still stands if painted....

If so, where do i have to ship it to

Take it back where you bought it from or contact Easton via e-mail or phone.

I called Easton, left a message and was told it would be answered right away. No call back, 2 days later....I hope they honour the warranty, or i will start buying the Sakic Curve in another company!

Well, seeing as you keep putting the letter "u" in words, Im going to assume for the very least you are not from America, I dont know how they do it in other countires, but in the US blades do not carry a warranty.

However, there has been an instance where people have snapped them immediately and they have been replaced. Keep calling Easton until you acutally speak to someone.

Manufacturing defects happen, call and talk to a person and see. To be honest with you though they might throw a fit of you having spray painted the blade. Learn and live.

I know that I've got warranty on a Warrior blade before. But then the next time I bought a blade from the same store, they told me it had no warranty on it. Just take it back to the store and see if they'll swap it right in the store. It worked for me.

In British Columbia there are no warranties on blades. It looks like you're out of luck

I've gotten warranty on a blade in B.C. But since then I believe they may have changed that.

I can't recall that blades have warranty, only shaft's on OPS.

LIMITED 30-DAY NORTH AMERICAN WARRANTY ON COMPOSITE STICKS/SHAFTS/REPLACEMENT BLADES

(Unless noted differently)

What does this warranty cover?

Nike Bauer Hockey, Inc. will provide a one-time replacement of your composite stick/shaft/replacement blade if broken due to a manufacturing defect within the 30 day warranty period.

What doesn’t this warranty cover?

This warranty does not cover stick/shaft/replacement blade breakage due to misuse or abuse. It also does not cover wood sticks, prostock sticks, or sticks sold by Nike Bauer Hockey’s Team Sales group.

What is the period of coverage?

The period of coverage is 30 days after the purchase date. You must contact Nike Bauer Hockey regarding your broken stick, within this 30 day warranty period.

What will Nike Bauer Hockey do to correct problems?

We will replace the stick/shaft/replacement blade with the same or a comparable model.

What won’t Nike Bauer Hockey do?

We will not repair the stick/shaft/replacement blade or refund your money. We will not return ship any broken sticks.

How do you get warranty service?

You must keep your original proof of purchase. For the most RAPID return service, visit us at www.nikebauer.com to obtain a return authorization number and a return address. You must send your original proof of purchase and your stick/shaft/replacement blade to the address provided at your expense. If, upon examination, Nike Bauer Hockey determines (in our sole discretion) that there is a manufacturing defect, we will ship a new stick/shaft/replacement blade to the address you provide. You may also reach us by email at warranty.nbh@nikebauer.com, or by phone at 888 509 6875.

Are there important exclusions/limitations?

This warranty limits the duration of any implied warranties, such as the warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the duration of this express warranty. In addition, this warranty excludes our liability for incidental or consequential damages.

How does local law relate to this warranty?

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary regionally or nationally. Some locales do not allow limitations on the length of time an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

RBK/CCM has pretty much the same policy. And this is the North American warranty so it should cover both the US and Canada.

Easton does NOT have a warranty on replacement blades. Doesn't do him any good to quote NBH's policy when he has an Easton product.

I knew that Easton didn't have a warranty on RB's but I replied to the wrong person's question .

I will.....Do any companies offer warranties on blades?

I meant to reply to him -----^
