NBH Supreme ONE95 vs. Vapor XXXX

Recommended Posts

I am looking to buy a pair of either Vapor 40's, or the one95's. I have tried on the Vapor XXXX's are really liked them light, and really comfortable. I havnt been able to try on the one95s yet, so im wondering for anyone who has experience with both. What are the major differences? Do they fit the same / similar?

one95s are tighter in the heel than the vapor series. supreme series is considerably deeper than the vapors. similar width in toe box. vapors are slightly stiffer in my opinion.

Have you skated in the 95s?

everyone in the One95 thread is saying the 95's are stiffer. also instead of starting this topic your could of red the last 3 pages of the one95 thread, because there are some comparissions to the vapor xxxx

I seem to remember seeing a picture of a Vapor 40 and a one95 cut in half side by side, and they lined up perfectly. Not saying that the widths/ fit aren't different, but isn't the general fit ( pitch and depth )of the two product lines the same now?

Yes..the entire skate is thermoformable, so you need to bake it.

Tried the Supremes and the Vapors. I prefer the fit of the Vapors. Didn't like the fit around the mid-foot on the Supremes. Vapors fit my feet perfectly with no baking. That says it all.

I own a pair of One95 they are a lot easier to heat mold and are really comfortalbe coming from the one90 skates there a little wider like the xxxx. They are a lot easier to break in and worth the money.
