XXXX Int Stick Question

I am going to buy the Vapor XXXX Stick'um Intermediate Stick 75 flex from giant.

I am wondering if the blade size/length of this int stick is the same as senior?

Because i like bigger blade size with more flex.

The Int. blade is the same as the Sr. The shaft will be thinner and the stick will be 4" shorter than the Sr. (56" vs. 60")

If you buy a vapor xxxx 77 flex stick it will be a SR shaft. Nike Bauer makes intermidates at 67 flex.

Because i'm short and i have to cut 3 inches if i use Sr. It will become 90+ flex according to the table i found in Bauer web site.

Also, i do found 75 flex int.

Those are either some kind of special order HG made or a mistake on their website. Not only are intermediate 75 flex sticks not available at retail, the 60 flex is generally not available and the P14 pattern is usually available only through the iD program.

Some shops order P14 up here in MN. I know that Dave's Sporting Goods in Fridley carries it, primarily because of the Scott Bugstad (sp?) shooting school. The P14 "bugsy" pattern is one he recommends to a lot of the kids that participate in his program.

Actually, the P14 looks like a stock pattern according to the Hockey Giant site.

Its in the Catalogue. They offer a 67, 70, and 75 for int. I believe

whoops. I checked NBH iD as opposed to the catalog because of the P14 pattern being there. I initially figured they had just ordered in some iD sticks, but you're right. Looks to be only the Stick'um XXXX. It's 60, 67, 75.

NikeBauer is releasing the xxxx stick'um in three int. flexes. All are stock and available at any store the caries bauer(not an SOP product just for giant)
