ashtonhutch05 0 Report post Posted May 13, 2008 I'm considering the Custom Z-Airs eastwesthockey.com has, but I haven't really been able to find much on them. How do they fit, tight, loose, etc. Are they durable? How is the Easton pro stock palm? Anything about these gloves would be helpful, thanks.
TBLfan 25 Report post Posted May 13, 2008 medium-tight. Palm is soft.*edit- excuse that, I misspoke.
Steve_v3 289 Report post Posted May 13, 2008 I have 14" and I had the cuff taken in. I feel they are a little loose. Although I think if a 13" was available I would have gone with the 13".I think the protection is excellent. Palm is soft, very comfy.
ashtonhutch05 0 Report post Posted May 13, 2008 Thanks guys. I'm coming from Warrior Kingpins, which I hate. The fit is okay, they are 13" and I think they are really more of a 14" I'm not sure. The palms on these were shit from the start though, and in less than a month had ripped. ANyway, how does the fit of the Z-Air's compare to these? Should I go for a 13" of 14" and are they looser/tighter than my Kingpin's? Also, is the price for these ($169) justified or should I go for something like a MIA or Eagle instead? I really like the look of these as well as almost any other glove out there, and if the performance is close to that of other high end gloves then these might be a buy for me. TBLfan 25 Report post Posted May 13, 2008 finger length is short, take that into consideration... Personally, I'd go with Eagle or Easton 4-roll.
ashtonhutch05 0 Report post Posted May 13, 2008 Hm well I know how much you love you're new Eagles, and those white out short cuff X-72's look very sexy. Just never really seen myself as an Eagle guy though.
Krev 86 Report post Posted May 13, 2008 Easton 4-rolls are an excellent choice, if you decide to go that route. They are my glove (modern anyway) of choice.

nisselrm 22 Report post Posted March 17, 2012 Since PSHG is no longer making the yzerman pro is this glove available basically only through ebay etc?
MattKingDelToro 2 Report post Posted March 18, 2012 As far as I know, yes. Although I don't know why they don't offer their entire old catalog given the price.
nisselrm 22 Report post Posted March 18, 2012 they did at one time and then it stopped for whatever reason. thats the only model I would even consider paying that price for
