Well...RBK (or Reebok if you will) do NFL and NBA and they seem to change/add jerseys a lot. I thought the NHL would follow suit under RBK/Reebok.

Initial plans were that we would have something to do with it but I don't think that's in the cards anymore.

From what's been reported in Montreal, the Habs will play with a couple of alternative jerseys for the Centenial season. I personally think they might play with all their former jersey styles starting the one blue one with the C in the middle. Apparently a new Jumbotron ala Phily is also in the works.

I'm looking forward to seeing the third jerseys. Most of the third jersey's were pretty bad IMO, but hopefully that will change.

I believe Lamiorello has said in the past that he does not support the 3rd Jersey in spite of the potential for increased revenue. Something along the lines of he felt it put pressure on the fans who were already shelling out good money to see games and buy the current jersey's to spend even more.

If Lamiorello is so worried about what fans are spending thier money on, he should start putting a product on the ice that is worth paying money to watch. No matter how many games they win a season, Devils hockey is DREADFUL to watch.
