my brother has 2 10inc kicker L7s and one kicker 10 inch L5. he has a rockford 1001 bd for the L7s and a rockford P300 for the L5. he has bronw bread in his truck stopes all the vibrations. Also has some after market 4 by 6s in the stock locations. its a pretty sweet system. it u dont use brown bread or dynomat in ur trucks it will sound like shit cuz it will vibrate bad. its worth the money. and they dont make round solos they are eaither comp or comp vrs.

Box makes such a huge difference in sound quality and loudness it's not even funny. A friend of mine had 2 Memphis 15's in a home made MDF box, sound quality sucked and it hit 139 dB's. Another friend of mine has 2 Focal 13's in a Dakota (so less airspace = less volume) in a professionally designed box, and it's even under-amped and it hit 144 dB's, and the sound quality is mind blowing. You don't need 2 12's to drive up to highschool and be a stunna with your loud system, buy one good quality sub and go get a good box made.

Alright got some stuff figured out for my system:

I'm going to get 2 Kicker 4x10s and 2 Kicker 4x6s (they are akward because of space requirements in a Fiero)

For the subs and amps I'm not quite sure yet. I want one 4 channel running the speakers and 1 running the 1 or 2 subs.

The subs are going to be interesting. I need subs that have as little depth as possible, because there isn't really a trunk, and there isn't much room at all behind the seats.

Do you guys know of any low-profile subs?
