Custom Blades?

I know this has been discussed before, but with all the recent changes in company's structure (ie sher-wood buying TPS) I was wondering what companies are left that still do custom blades? Most of the relevant threads I have found through search are at best, from early 2008, and with all the changes, and I can't find mention of the custom programs on most of the sites- sherwood has it for OPS, but I couldn't find blades. the only company i can find with a mention of doing it on their current site is ballistick, I can't track any info on sher-wood or christian any more evernthough I know they were the "go to guys". Somebody had mentioned flarrow to me but, when i contacted them they told me they no longer did customs :( anybody Know if any companies besides ballistick still do them, and how we can do an order?

Sherwood, go to your nearest dealer I would imagine and they should be able to do an order form for you.

Yeah, even though I have quite a few left, don't know what I'm going to do when it comes to blades. Might have to try to get Easton to make me some. Not a fan of SW.

That all being said, Reebok/CCM will also do custom, but it is min 24.

So it seems the consensus is that the big companies do not do custom blades for retail, but will they sell pro-stock sticks since they are already making them? Say if I called bauer / ccm whoever and wanted 5 Semin pro-stock One90/95 or a bundle of CCM Ovechkin pro-stocks. Is this possible?

I prefer TPS's wrap options as well as the overall construction. Also, SW does not do short-hosel tapereds, their tapered hosel length is between short and standard length.

A friend of mine just received his Ballistik Custom blades today and he will be using them for the first time tomorrow. It was his last resort as he only uses the kovalev pro curve and his stock had finally run dry. According to him they do both wood and composite and the turn around was pretty quick, 3-4 weeks for his.

they should expand the BauerID program to include blades (probably composite only) sold in batches of 6-10

I'm *so* not good at eyeballing curves and matching them. Anyone want to venture a guess as to the closest thing to a Shanny in the Passvilan blades?
