I also edited the top. This is not an official MSH event as JR and the others would have to be in attendance and put the thing on, kind of like if we say it is as such, we are infringing on copyrights...

This is purely going to be a gettogether of the loosest variety so some of us can put faces to names etc and have a bit of fun.

Once final(ish) numbers come in I will look at Ice Times, Pubs, etc and put together the package.

Just talked to my friend who works with the ASHL at 8 Rinks. He says his price is only approximately $30 off the price you see on Canlan's website. He won't have a firm price for me until we pick a date and time.

No way, a screaming deal is the 5:00 in the morning ice time! 65.65 is just over $2 a player! for 12 bucks we get six ice times! Almost have a little "best of" series!

I have a bit of a busy work life over the next 3 weeks, so I will look at putting this out there a bit...

I humbly suggest May 9th, 16th, or 23rd? That gives some lead time to get everyone in order and see if Chadd can get a flight out.

Depending on how far out this is, I could possibly be getting a passport. So count me in as interested, seeing as Vancouver is only a 2 & 1/2 hour drive for me.

We are now at 20 total skaters and 1 tender interested, therefore I will start calling around for Ice time and prices for a Saturday late morning ice time in May, that way the guys that want to hang around for some "pops" can do that, and those that need to get home to their families etc can do that too...

I will call many rinks in different locations to see what suits us best as a group.

I'd be interested being a Vancouver local (Downtown).

As others have mentioned avoid Eight Rink's B side like the play but A side is good, we usually rent Blue A which is also the rink the Canucks sometimes practice on. That ice is usually pretty good...

This ice time is available.

I will book this slot this time tomorrow unless we get big fallout on location, time & date.

I will post teams once everything is finalized, unless you guys just want to bring a white and a black and split the teams up just prior to the session.
