best runner and blade combo

Recommended Posts

I need a new runner/blade for my se16 skates. Can't deal with the ones Easton puts in them.

Any suggestions for new ones would help.

they dig into the ice weird and it feels like they sink when you cut in (not into the ice) the blade feels like its bending. The "parabolic" steel is weird in general.

I agree I had them on my S15 for 4 days and couldn't put up with it, LS2 all the way...and if you want really nice LS2 hold with Step Steel Velocity runners

i absolutely love pitch3's cuz you can set it to your style of your play/ preference the steel you can swamp by unscrewing the 2 nuts instead of going through the shoe.

You could just replace the parabolics with solid runners from Easton or Step, that's what pros who use Easton holders use. Doesn't flex like the Paras or LPS's

The hole pattern for the RBII matches up with Pitch alignment and TUUK C+ alightment. I personally think the TUUK C+s on Easton skates looks amazing.

Tuuk Custom+'s look amazing on anything, strongly recommend them. I had them on my vapor xxx's, had to drive 2 hours to send them back for warranty and when they send me new ones they never send back my holders. But besides that, there the best combo you will ever use.
