Compro one-piece sticks

Recommended Posts

Do a search on here man. Lots of good reviews.

Got myself a Compro E2X for really cheap and it's probably one of the best sticks I've ever used. It's been through a lot and it's still holding up like a tank!!

I've never heard anything bad about a Compro stick. I know a couple guys who use them, and they've used the stick since last fall.

I'm in the middle of a deal (which will be completed when I return home from the Europeans, AAU etc) with Compro to sell E2Xs to UK customers. I guess I'll be using the sticks too to promote them so I look forward to playing with one.

I enjoy my E2x. It's been a tnak. A little slow to load up on the snappers, but overall very nice, very well balanced.

I can get the E4X, E3X, or E2X. Any recommendations between the 3?

Personally, I'd stay away from the E4X; it has a really weird/thin taper...guys have complained that it twists. The E3X is really nice though.

Just a little teaser for you guys...

I got to see a 'sneak preview' of the newest Compro stick yesterday...it'll look a lot different than previous Compro sticks. They (I forget the name of the new model) will be black on one side, and shiny silver on the side that is facing the goalie...

We should see Compro a little more in the NHL this year. Apart from Ethan Moreau and Jim Vandermeer, Brad Boyes will be using Compro this year. The rep also mentioned Steve Ott, Jeff Wyowitka and others were working with them as well.

a friend of mine who was up and down with the oilers and falcons got a bunch of these to test for the summer. he's said their great sticks. he seems to blow through them pretty quickly since he never has any spares in the summer to let me grab.

So far ound out the VX10 is replacing the E4X and the EX10 is replacing the E3X. All 5.5 lies and patterns are same at Modano, Sakic, Lidstrom, & Drury. I am pretty sure they added an Iginla pattern too. Don't know if they will change any pattern's names(ie. Sakic)
