Lindros Curve

Recommended Posts

When i was younger i used a jr stick and i noticed my shots were really accurate and i thinking of going back to it.

Has it evolved over last 15 years?

If its changed what would be similar to the old school curve because i don't have the old sticks anymore.

Yeah that would be something i would not want either, if this is true i would need to find something that is true mid or even going more toe. Something more retail and not to hard to find either.

It is hard to find a retail toe. I have a Shanahan blade that is a toe. I just don't like a 6 lie. Didn't Lindros use to use years ago a fairly straight blade with a neutral or closed face?

I would suggest, then, something along the lines of the CCM Recchi (I think I saw this is now the Tavaress?) or Easton Iginla/Mission Leopold 2 (now something else I am sure) for a good mid with hint of open.

Not many retail toes these days. Shanny could fit that bill, but none of the major equip cos make them anymore (unless you go custom pattern ID with Bauer).

am in a similar boat, now trying to get my hands on as many lindros curves as possible. Used this curve again after shying away from it for about 6-7 years, now its like a dream again.

Around when did they start making it more of a heel curve? I had a Vapor 20 with what seemed more of a mid curve a while ago. I just got a one 90 p88 blade and it feels different to me. Might the time between these two models be around when they switched?

wonder if it's going to change form again soon, heard it will be renamed "kane" with the new sticks coming under the Bauer brand. I have noticed the same changes over the years. might be time to change curves

Seems that Bauer is leaning towards numbers for the patters. P88 = Lindros.

But the P88 isn't the same as the old Lindros, which is what we are trying to find out.

I've currently got a P88 clone, and based on memory i compared it to a Bauer Wavebridge Lindros I had some time ago... they were identical, and the wavebridge is going back a number of years.

I believe it was two years ago they changed the Lindros. I had a Bauer Endure that was a bigger pure mid curve, but I was looking at a One70 that was a smaller mid-heel like the newer Lindros.

If the Lindros/P88 is a mid-heel then it's back to how it was when it first came out.

Exactly, the original was fairly similar to a Modano. His actual curve is very nice, too bad he used suck s stiff stick.

This one isn't "way" deeper, it's maybe 1/8" or so.

If you're looking for a bigger mid curve, check out the new Warrior Kovalchuk. It's basically a clone of the old P88.
