I figured perhaps a single thread where guys hunting icetime and teams/leagues needing guys might be useful.

For starters, I'm looking for another skate in the southern NH, northern MA (Merrimack Valley) area

We need 2 skaters for a league at the Sun Microsystems rink north of Denver.

My Thursday team has found one player (Jordan). I thought we were set after that, but recently found out one player may have to drop out due to knee issues so there may be one more spot. The games are played out of York U in Toronto and they'll put us in a division after the first few games (will likely be D or possibly C). If there's interest send a PM and I'll answer any questions and we'll ask the player to make a decision either way. We'd like him to play if he's healthy, but obviously your knees and long term health are more important than beer league.

There was quite a speed difference between D2 and D1, that is for sure. Any teams short?

There may be teams short in C2, I'd bet my old team the Zephyrs could use some subs.

The jump between C2 and C2 isn't much in terms of talent, but is primarily in intensity and speed.
