i'm proud to be an msh member. we crossed country lines to help one of our own. best of all in the end it was worth it to see the end result.

Hopefully the COO finds out who gave the poor service and has taken steps to train this person or persons in applying better service techniques for future use. This should be common sense on the part of any retail/service employee to begin with.
