X60 Skates

Recommended Posts

Could you tell me, please, what options are available for custom x60 skates (for example, color of laces (white, yellow, red), tongue (thick white material, medium black, standart)) and where can I make an order for them with USPS delivery (I'm from Russia). What options do you prefer to choose by yourself? Is Superfeet useful for these skates? Thanks in advance for your help.

You're either going to have to go through your local shop or a rep.

I've already tried. They offered me to choose special size (for example, 7 1/2) only. They aren't Bauer's dealers or smth like that - just a poor LHS:) But I know that there are many other interesting options to choose. And answer me about superfeet please.

I'm sure he's asking about the Bauer grey insoles that many pros prefer, which are available as a custom option.

You're either going to have to go through your local shop or a rep.

To the best of my knowledge, pro shops in Russia do not offer custom order skates.

There are lots of options with custom skates from Bauer, tongues, liners, insoles, larger quarter panels, number of eyelets, holder type, sizing down to 1/4 sizes, widths for forefoot and heel, plus more. Personally I like the insoles that come in the X:60's. I wouldn't go for the superfits. I suppose you might even be able to get the limited edition color package of the X:60's as well.

If you are having trouble getting custom skates in Russia, call a store here in Canada. I had a pair made up for my friend from Australia when I used to work in a store here.

Not really. I believe they came standart on old Supremes from the 90-s

Also, oversized toe box (in increments of full sizes (no half or quarter sizes up or down for toe box), oversized uppers, heel lifts, extra ankle padding Not sure about the LE graphicks.

Superfeet used to make the same insoles for Bauer, now that they don't have that affiliation, it is now Superfit.

And no, you can't get LE on a custom skate.

Would this be why you don't see many (if any?) LE in the pros or world jr tournament?
