Best new helmet?

Ok guys. Time for me to get a new helmet as the foams inside my reebok 8k have broken right in the forehead area. i live in the U.K. so I don't have the best opportunity to try a load of helmets on. What are everybody's opinions on:

Reebok 11k

Easton s19

Easton E700

Bauer 9900

Bauer 4500

CCM vector.

I play full contact most of the time at least twice a week.

Well i really advise you try one on, ask teammates if you must. But seeing as fit is most important I know alot of people that have gone from 8k's to 11k's without a problem.

The one that fits you best is the one you want. What works for someone else might not be best for you.

Helmets are right up there with skates for being a "must try on product", as just about every helmet has a different shape, different materials, etc.

Take it from me, try them on first. Years ago I ordered a Bauer HH8000 online. Great helmet, awful fit and I was stuck with a 100.00 helmet that didn't fit right. I just got the s19 and love it. It adjusts to your head very well. I tried on the Bauer 9900, but was to exspensive for what I need it for.

Bauer 4500 has always been a "No Gimmicks" and "If it ain't broken, don't fix it" helmet for me....and still very comfortable for me

I love my new 11k! I made the switch from a Bauer 7500.

Sorry, but I just gotta say that the S19 has no adjustment features... it's a one-piece helmet and it either fits or it doesn't. Same deal with the E700, the end product didn't justify the hype imo.

Im going to stress the point about trying them on, from experience I can even say that just because you fit into one Reebok helmet in a particular size doesn't guarantee that you'll do the same in another model. However since the 8K and 11K are both EPP helmets and fit similarly, you might have the best chance with that. The dial on the 11K is better than the 8K so it might help that out some more too.

You couldn't be more wrong, the E700 has two different adjustments. It's a huge improvement over the S19.
