Kyle_M 0 Report post Posted April 3, 2004 That's a pretty good paint job for a wood stick. It does make it look like a OPS.

Ryan_04 0 Report post Posted April 3, 2004 Is that a custom paint job or are all the Fibre Lites painted like that now? The one I had just looked like a wood stick.

ponty 0 Report post Posted April 3, 2004 I agree its a great looking wood stick. I would not mind getting a hold of one of those myself. I wonder if they use the same wood as what you see in the 'custom pro' blades. If so thats one killer wood stick.

Kyle_M 0 Report post Posted April 4, 2004 Is that a custom paint job or are all the Fibre Lites painted like that now? The one I had just looked like a wood stick. Those are the only ones I've ever seen before too. I hope they're all like that now those look much better.
fastmiele 59 Report post Posted April 4, 2004 there was about 7 or 8 of em there. All brand new, 30 bucks though great job on the pictures, I was thinking of taking some pictures of the Leaf sticks at the ACC but I really don't think the staff are going to appreciate me doing that. How much do the sticks cost over at the Sabres store ? I would of loved to buy one of Miroslav Satan's sticks if it is reasonably priced.
fastmiele 59 Report post Posted April 4, 2004 so that is Briere's curve ? kind of looks like Hoglund's with more loft.

I wonder what kind of flex he uses ?

And no M-2's yet will pick one up as soon as I see one. there were 4 Grier XN10's but none in very good condition. Hope there will be some good ones tomarrow. Is it straight and then a sharp hook bend at the end of the toe (well that's what it looks like from the NHL pictures I have seen).
Eman24dx 0 Report post Posted April 5, 2004 Not really, It kinda represented the Rafalski curve. I doubt there are any more of his M-1's left but I might be able to get one of his M-2's if your interested.
fastmiele 59 Report post Posted April 5, 2004 hmmm. I guess Satan has a few different patterns to play around with just like Mogilny. Different game situations might require different blade patterns for him?$85 for a brand new pro stock OPS Satan stick is a great price, but $85 for a used Satan M-2 shaft doesn't really appeal to me (I have to take into consideration the cost of shipping the stick, plus I don't put a lot of value into his wood Bauer blade). Thanks for offering though.
