The NHLPA refuses to allow us to run our business in a manner that allows even the most inept businessman to make a healthy profit, while hiding much of the revenue from the players.

Well maybe a little more polite than that.

This will fall apart when the NHL asks the NHLPA to guarantee the savings that they say their offer will create for the owners and the NHLPA declines to do so.
