I've had incidents with some women at our league. One of them cup-checked me, then I turned around, and she said "What, you're going to hit a woman?"

I usually have too many crazy kids on my team for that junk. A women fires a stick in their legs, they cross check her wrists. It's nice actually, I'm a fan of equality in those situations.

We got into it again later that night and i squirted her with a water bottle. She then told the league head that I assaulted her.

Well.. there is more then women in a beer league to this.

Basically it's 4 girls and a guy who plays with us on Wednesday night. The interesting part is that these 4 girls are on a team appearently sponsored by Easton and they play out of the Irvine roller hockey rink. So basically it's members of a girls traveling team who are playing beer league hockey Sunday mornings for practice. Most of the other teams suck and are slow skaters but my team hung over and all are just as fast as them but a hell of a lot bigger. We all have the attitude that if you're going to play with the boys you get treated like one.

Basically, these bitches have big mouths on them and they like to hold and swing their sticks. I caught one of them with a two hand last time we played and it was back and forth jawing the rest of the game.. first time I've ever been called a douchebag by a female.

Considering that we punked them 12-5 and 8-3, I won't complain too much.

I have a policy that I stick to in all facets of life: Treat a lady as a lady deserves to be treated unless she hits you in the balls. I'm proud to say I've never had to enforce this but if a chick ever went for my boys on purpose, I would knock her teeth out without thinking about it. Anything else they do to me I can pretty much live with.

There's a girl that plays in our men's league with her brother who's pretty good. She's actually a really dirty player but it's because she knows her brother will go after anyone who touches her. I've had a few run-ins with her and planted her on her butt several times. At first I took it easy on her but then she drilled me from behind into the boards full speed. After that I considered her just one of the guys and cheap-shotted her accordingly. Guys on my team go after her right away because the brother is the best player on the team and once someone hits the little cow, he spends the rest of the game trying to get them back and pretty much stays off of the scoreboard.

You guy use the sweatband style?  I got a pair (CCM) but I havn't gotten slashed since I bought them, go figure.  Actually I did get whacked once during practice by a girl who was playing on my team.  I'm still plotting my revenge.  So far I havn't thought of anything good  :P
