New glove making hand sore.

Recommended Posts

I recently acquired a pair of 852's for my birthday from family members and they didn't know my glove size and tried to base it off an old pair from when I was a kid. That being said they got 13 inch 852's which I wore those in the Easton E-Pros and I had no problem and actually liked the fit. The problem is the left glove which is my top hand seems to be really tight and caused my hand to be some what sore from wearing it but my right glove feels ok and not tight. Now I'm wondering if this will be solved over time or the glove is simply too small? I saw that where it was purchased from that they do not accept returns or exchanges so I'm kind of stuck with them at this point. It is probably a petty question but any insight is helpful. Thanks!

Grab a blow dryer and apply heat, apply heat until the glove it's pretty hot and then insert your hand in and make a fist for about 30 seconds.

Repeat 4-5 times, this should help a bit.

Where are you getting sore?

Too bad you can't try on another pair, just to see if it's the same.

I think it was just overall my hand from squeezing extra hard just to grip the stick.

Thanks for the suggestions guys I'll try it out!
