Sher-Wood T90 Stick - Blade Pattern Question

Recommended Posts

I recently picked up a T90 Undercover because it was at a LHS for a decent price and I wanted to try out a different blade pattern. The blade pattern for this stick is marked as "PP007 The Spy." I have searched this forum and the rest of the internet for more information on this pattern and I can't find anything about it. The big online vendors only offer the T90 Undercover with the PP26 (Stastny) pattern. Perhaps that's what it is and they just gave it a clever name to go with the Undercover model? If that's not the case, does anyone have any idea what the PP007 is - which more popular patterns would it be most similar to? So far I like it quite a bit and if it continues to work for me I might want to try a similar pattern in a Ribcor or the EK15 when it comes out (or one of the other new-fangled top-of-the-line sticks).

They are only releasing their new model with the PP26 and PP88. So you never know. But I would shoot them an email and ask. i got a reply back from them in less than 24hrs. the other day. good luck and let us know.

Just looked this stick up and saw it available in the PP26 pattern.

i remember seeing that blade pattern but dont remember too much about it. as for their new model, it will have more than just those two patterns, here is the list from sherwoods site

What sizes and patterns are offered for the EK15?

The EK15 is available in senior 95, 85 and 75 flex in the PP26, PP88, PP92, PP09, PP77, PP01, PP05 and PP12 patterns. In intermediate 65 flex in the PP26 and PP88 patterns and in a junior 45 flex version in PP26 and PP88.

PP007 is the PP26. Just an undercover name for the undercover stick.

You may be correct, but pp007 was the TPS Tkachuk pattern. Sherwood owns TPS. If it is a p92ish mid curve then you are correct. If it is a heel curve, then my guess is Tkachuk.

I hope you are correct. However if that is the case they need to get their people on the same page. Because Sher-Wood is who told me that only those 2 patterns are what were going to be available.

Ankles was correct. I heard back from Sher-Wood and they confirmed that the PP007 is just a clever name for the PP26.

Two patterns for the release (PP26 and PP88). Rest will be available for 2014.
