Tackla Pant lengths

Recommended Posts

I've been wearing the same Tackla 9000 in size 48 for about 8 years now and need to replace them since they're way beyond repair. I know when I bought them I tried on a pair of regular 48's and a pair of +2 48's but can't remember what length I bought. The tag is faded and can't be deciphered so that's out of the question.

I tried contacting Montreal-Tackla and Eagle numerous times and can't get any type of answer on the measurements of the length regular Tackla 9000. I've yet to find this type of info online anywhere but if anyone know's of a site or has a pair they could measure for me I'd greatly appreciate it.

Bigger online retailers have them listed. Not sure if any of their pants are still made domestically, but they recently released a new catalog. I think the Tackla name has lost most of its luster for the younger generation.

If OP is 6'1" wearing 48 reg's, and I'm 5'7" in 50's (32-33 waist) should I go for - 2's instead of regs? Sorry to hijack.

EDIT: For reference I'm wearing Easton S5's, size senior small, and find they're about an inch too long lengthwise.

That must be it. But you are correct: did a quick Google search and got plenty of hits. I'm long overdue for a new pair of pants and have always wanted to get some Tacklas.

They don't have a rep in the area (haven't had one around here in a decade) but any shop should be able to call the company and order them for you.
