Not sure if this is allowed to be posted but I had an equipment issue and contacted the online store where I purchased the gear from (ice warehouse) and I must say I was extremely happy with the customer service I received from them. I'm not trying to say one place is better then the others but, I was pleased with my experience with ice warehouse. Being a new player to the game I had questions that they took the time to answer and made sure I got the right equipment.

They are awesome. I started using them recently after another large retailer treated me not so well. Sign up for the IWIN program and you get discounts all the damn time, even on the items manufacturers won't let them cut, like high end sticks.

I concur. I had to do a warranty exchange on my Tacks because of a holder misalignment and Stephanie from their warranty department was super helpful and made the process really easy. Highly recommend IW if you're planning to buy online.

IW is the best online retailer, by far. The IWin program alone is fantastic, but add the free overnight shipping over $50 and it's a bit of a no-brainer.

Unfortunately they don't carry much in the way of goalie gear (some, but not a huge selection, and no Brians). I also wish they carried Howies laces and tape, and I'd never have to shop elsewhere.

Do you buy it from Howies? I love buying stuff from them I usually get a free teeshirt and they make some of the best products I have ever used. Plus paying less then 2.50 a roll is nice. I do also like IW. When my shop doesn't have something I want I usually order through them.

Yeah that is a benefit. I know if you buy it from Ebay you can get free shipping, but you get less rolls in the case. I just like supporting them I feel like its no different than supporting a LHS. I thought the free overnight shipping was only if you spend $200 or more?

Another vote for IW. I bought a stick from them a couple of years ago and noticed that it went on sale a week or two later. I called them and was given a store credit for the difference in price. Also love their skate return policy. If you return within a week, it is free to ship back. Only bummer is lack of warrior sticks they carry in past year or so.

it's free 2 day if over 200 but I believe he means because he is in California vs shipping from howies in flint michigan
