koivulchuk

innovative fusation question

Recommended Posts

i acquired an inno 1100 kovalchuk recently...and i always thought they were 'fused' & painted over just like any other ops...however, the one i obtained recently appears to me to be just a shaft/blade combo. anybody know if that's what kovalchuk used some as well? perhaps they just didn't paint over the hosel of the blade? i'll post some crappy pics & you can see what i'm talking about. the shaft is 53" long & only has a 'very slight' taper at the end. the gluish residue is like a metallic silvery, gritty looking substance...doesn't look like clear glue at all...

Its considered an OPS if the blade is "fused" by using epoxy......Since you guys have not gotten it to budge, it must be held in by epoxy..So it is an "OPS" lol

thanks for all the help guys...

yes the flex is around 260...mine is 265 according to the inno stamp...

if anyone knows where that thread about the inno stamp coding is, feel free to link it for me...i'm gonna go searching for it...

hopefully this thing lasts a while so i don't have to worry about the getting the blade out anytime soon...
