My father used to make me practice when I was 7. So, I'd say from 7 to 10 years old, I was practicing a bunch with him every summer.

Then, I stopped for like 5 years. It was a phase where I lost a bit my love for the sport. Then, the fire got back, and I try to practice everyday ever since.

It's important though to not only focus on stickhandling although it's very important.

It's a weekly practice routine, but it's also fun to stickhandle.

I agree. In the past weeks I have been stickhandling in my backyard almost every day, and I have to admit, I can feel my stickhandling getting better. You're videos are such an inspiration Kovy :P :D . it is fun though to try new stuff in the yard in my free time
