Contacting CCM about a Skate Problem

A teammate of mine is having a major problem with a new pair of Jetspeeds. It's the kind of problem that should be resolved by CCM providing a replacement pair. Do they still respond to those kinds of issues since the recent acquisition of the company by an equity group? Does anybody happen to know which corporate address would be the best to use for this? Thanks in advance for your help.

The place the skates were purchased from should be the best way to get that accomplished. Outside of sticks, companies try not to handle those claims directly to consumers.

I have been trying to contact CCM for THREE months about issues with my Jetspeeds and sticks, but have not word back (includes various methods of contact).

As Buzz said, sticks are the only consumer-direct warranty process. Your store should be able to process anything else.
