Why are the 2017 product reviews so empty?

Compared to other years the 2017 section is very sparse.

I’m assuming catalogue reviews?

Less manufacturers. And some manufacturers choose dates on when they want a catalogue to be posted, and some don’t allow to be posted anymore.

And some, in my opinion, haven’t released anything different enough to warrant significant discussion.

With the staggering release dates of lines within companies, a single catalog model just doesn't work. Plus, most of the newer stuff is just getting their own threads in here when they start popping.
