m-1 vrs xn10

Recommended Posts

Well i broke my innovative blade and when i was using my back up i kindof well scored on my self and out of anger i slammed my stick on the cross bar causing it to snap. With all the ops on sale i think i am gonna buy either a m-1 or an xn10. Which of these 2 sticks have the best durribility.

I found my Xn10 to be a much better stick overall in every catergory except feel (which wasn't a huge difference even). I liked the M-1, but the Xn10 is just an exceptional stick IMO. Check out the reviews as well.

and how much is the xn10? This is ultimately your decision. The sticks are very different. Different materials, curves and flexes. Pick the one which will suit you best and you can afford. What do you want people to tell you on here? You've seen all of the threads, you've been around for a while.

I have an M-1, and I love it, I have never tried out an Xn10, kinda looking forward to try one, but I love my M-1, you really can't go wrong with it, the durability is great for my blade and shaft, taken major hacks, but no breaks, the only damage is on the toe of the blade, which came after over a year of use

I have an M-1 grip, and the best thing going for it is the feel, possibly on par with the Si-core. The blade is kinda soft.........I bought mine in may,and although the blade is a little chipped on the top its holding up fine. Although its my backup stick I use it in pick-up that I play every week and i have also used it in about 20 games. Also I am pretty sure Mission has a clone for every Easton curve. Now the XN-10 im sure will be lighter as the M-1 weighs I think 450-460g area, but the balance of the stick keeps it feeling alot lighter. Can't say anything about the XN-10 as I have never used one.

I had an M-1 a while ago but sold it. I liked it especially the feel and balance but I couldn't get used to the Cole curve. I have a Response + and don't like the vibration that you would also get with an XN10. Never tried the XN10 but the blades are the same I believe.

Anyone else think that the M1 blade is a little less stiff than some of the competitors? I'm using a M1 pro, and the blade is a little less stiff than other OPS. Now, it is important to note that the stick I have is a little old (so it's possible that it's been addressed in the last 2 model years), but for a composite blade there is a lot of twist to it.

Is this just me?

xn10 is a phenominal stick for shooting

mine broke in 2 weeks ( My OPS usually last 2-3 months) but I got a puck on the shaft and it broke...badluck I suppose

I got my warrenty replacement, but if I didn't get the replacement, I would buy another one...go for the xn10. 99$ US I think, I got mine for 300$ CND so that's a pretty good deal

Yeah mine was stiff for like 5 games, then I noticed some slight opening on shots, its still holding up, but I would like a blade thats a little less softer, hopefully they fixed this with the Hex-1.

The ones I've seen aren't as stiff as I would like. Hopefully it's because those are just the samples and not retail spec. Then again, my Hespeler Nemesis Alpha wasn't as stiff as I would like and it worked well for me.

Are their any XN10 pro stock curves similar to the Drury or Drury clones with around 90 flex?
