lightest wood blade

Recommended Posts

Bauer 7500 Hossa (tapered/short hosel) is the lightest wood blade that I've used (around 145-150 grams). I would consider anything under 155 grams to be light for a tapered short hosel weed blade.

"weed" blade eh... :D

seriously though, the 7500 is quite light. It feels better balanced in my xn10 shaft than the R2 wood does IMO, plus it's stiffer

it kind of looks different than the ones ive seen.

I was asking what curve it was because it looked very similar to the spezza which i really like.

It is similar to a Spezza but it is more open, or not as deep take your pick. It's closest to a Drury in Easton terms, Kovy in Inno terms, etc.

i cant tell but i do know that i had this blade in an xv shaft and i wore the heel out, i had a lindros in the exact same shaft, same length and everything, and wore the middle/toe area. lindros is a 6 lie. doesnt make sense to me if you go by the bauer chart.

i took a picture of my p88 and p106, what i did was place the shafts side by side perfectly, with one 1/2 in higher, the near one is a p106, you can judge for yourself but I think that its higher than a 6

Great thats Perfect!!!! Seriously, I was kinda bummed it came in a "5" lie.....Im afraid it will make my RLxn10 extremely blade heavy. Any suggestions on what I should use? This is why im trying to find the lightest wood blade. I dont really wanna fork out the $$$ for a composite and I want a blade that flexes more
