Officially finished (and passed) my EMT-Basic class tonight. Certification exams are a couple of weeks away, but I still feel pretty proud of myself for making it this far.

My roommates gear with mine. The dry raks come clutch. I haven't been on the ice in a few weeks so I'm not looking forward too the smell when I wake up tomorrow after we play tonight. Theres a fan, and an open vent directly out of the house but it all only works so well.

Put up the rink boards today with temps in the upper 50's. Nice change of pace from the 30-40 degree days I seem to end up with...

It's been a while since I've posted anything but it certainly a good one. I had my second liver transplant on November, 7, 2014. I had a recurrence of my liver disease, that required my first transplant on 6/20/07, back in January. Once again I was very fortunate that things went the way they did. Can't wait until I can get my life back to normal. Hopefully back to work in 5-7 months and followed by a return to the ice shortly thereafter. The surgeons had to make the incision bigger to accommodate the new liver. A total 46 staples
