Why is the 5th backroll so small? 14.5 inch gloves perhaps?

dries faster, less friction when grinding up against the glass/boards, appearance (for some), less break-in time and overall flexibility are all reasons to go tufftek

Caps generally have good prices at their equipment sale. Not sure on the shins/elbows/shoulders. Also, one thing I was ticked about, no tape this year. Last year they had hundreds of rolls of tape for $1 each. Great deal, but nada this year Do you know if the sale will still be going as of the 18th? My family and I will coincidentally be driving through DC

Should I go carbon for the inner/outer stripes or would that look stupid? It's probably the most common look to have carbon stipes. I dig it

If you are going tufftek, good choice on the black because white nylon tends to look rather crappy after few dozen ice times

yea it is graf paint, Montana and Molotow are probably your best bet if you're looking for high quality spray paint. To me wasting paint like that on a hockey stick is a shame but it is your money so do as you like. You'll probably have to order the stuff online though, so to me it's a waste of time and money especially with shipping.

I believe that's up to you to decide. There are some like these that have been posted. It's your opinion so get whatever you think looks good. Hey Mikael, I can't tell from the pic what kind of visor is that? It kind of looks blue so I'm gonna guess blue Oakley pro aviator or it might just be the reflection and be some sort of itech hs22 wave. I wouldn't decide materials on looks. Or atleast not entirely. Tufftek is the lightest option you can get, also dries quicker and has less tackiness when your in the corners up against the glass or boards. I have heard of durability problems with the carbon, although mikael's seem to be doing fine. I would personally go with leather, just because I like it better than nylon, and dont like the look of carbon.

i dont own either but just by feeling them, they have pretty different shaft shapes. CNT being more concave and square and the xxxlite having a rounded feeling.

It's a really great stick! I absolutely love it. If I ever need more sticks (which currently I do not) I'll have to pick some more up. I was going to pick up a Whip Nash up from Total Hockey, but when i go the money, they ran out of rightys :(
