  1. Oh my god you are my idol.
  2. I don't think the links work. Well not for me anyway.
  3. Is that a lemieux 10.0?
  4. Nike bauer vapor XXX lite 67 flex p92 Naslund Position: Center 5'7 140 pounds On the ice 3+ times a week Blade: The blade is very thin and lively. It took some adjusting because of the livelyness, but aside from that, the blade feel is good. The blade is also very stiff, and it remained stiff for it's entire use. 9/10 Shaft/flex: I absolutely loved the feel of this shaft. It has a slight concave and is quite thin. I loved the grip coating too, it was sticky but not too sticky. The flex was great too, it was very whippy but I like it that way. Very smooth flex while shooting. 10/10 Stickhandling/receiving passes: As I mentioned above the blade is quite lively so receiving passes was a bit tricky to start, but I adjusted quite easily. Stickhandling was no problem, although the blade is lively, it has great feel to it. 9.5/10 Shooting: By far the best quality of this stick. Shots just fly off the blade. The stick is very whippy, but doesn't torque much at all. Shots were consistently hard and accurate. 10/10 Weight and balance: This stick is extremely light and balanced. Not blade heavy or top heavy at all. No complaints at all here. 10/10 Durability: In my opinion this is the only downfall of the stick. I broke two of these in less than 3 months. Both broke about 3-5" above the hosel, right in the middle of "vapor". The XXX lites I had were from the first run and I've heard that most of the durability issues have been resolved though. 6/10 Intangibles: Personally I like the look of the stick, minus the lime green X's. I would have prefered a different color, but it's not a big deal to me. Also, the grip peeled very easily but I didn't mind. I actually liked the grip better after most of it peeled off. 10/10 Conclusion: This is probably my favorite stick that I've ever used (either this or the dolomite). I loved everything about this stick, minus the durability issues. Keep in mind this stick was from the first run of XXX lites and I've heard that the durability issues have been resolved for the most part. 9/10
  5. Bit of an update, over the last few months I've picked up a few more dolomites. 1 85 flex smyth grip dolo 1 70 flex draper grip dolo 1 380 flex grip dolo shaft I'm now up to 4 dolos and just love them.

  8. Update: 2 pro stock Avery response lites, whip flex.
  9. Here's some pics of me from a recent tournament. http://hs.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=30452...amp;id=71701295 http://hs.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=30452...amp;id=71701295 http://hs.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=30452...amp;id=71701295 I'm number 5 in white. Huh, my jersey is way to big :P .
  10. Wallet took a hit today. I ordered a shaft and 8 pro stock blades from HM. First I had 4 composite blades that I wanted then noticed that a 4 pack of tapered wood blades was $20, so then I got 4 of those, damn I can't resist hockey sticks...
  11. I hear ya, that curve is absolute money!
  12. The flex is really nice, the kick in the tapered part is unbelievably nice, too bad it's just a bit too stiff for me.
  13. I got it off ebay, and I might end up putting this up for sale/trade, just because it's a bit stiff for my liking. Other than that I love this stick so much, sweet curve on it.
  14. Here's some pics of my pro stock Dan Cleary stealth s17. http://i197.photobucket.com/albums/aa285/a...ealths17002.jpg http://i197.photobucket.com/albums/aa285/a...ealths17011.jpg http://i197.photobucket.com/albums/aa285/a...ealths17010.jpg http://i197.photobucket.com/albums/aa285/a...ealths17007.jpg http://i197.photobucket.com/albums/aa285/a...ealths17004.jpg http://i197.photobucket.com/albums/aa285/a...ealths17003.jpg http://i197.photobucket.com/albums/aa285/a...ealths17006.jpg http://i197.photobucket.com/albums/aa285/a...ealths17005.jpg Sorry for the somewhat poor quality!
  15. Sweet skates Lktptiger, I never had a chance to wear a pair but have heard great things about them.
  16. Yeah, I noticed that too, probly just to make it less distracting when he has to look down at the puck.
  17. David had a great game today, glad he bounced back well and showed Sutter how he can really play at this high level!
  18. Update: Picked up One 90 gloves, 14" Red/silver Rbk 6k pants Synergy 700 elbows
  19. Briggy what would you say are the differences and similarities of the XXX lite and stealth CNT? Which do you like better? I had two XXX lites, both broke but they were my absolute favorite sticks, and now i'm considering yet another XXX lite or a stealth CNT. Thanks for any help, and anyone else who has these two sticks feel free to jump in. :P
  20. I don't know if you guys saw most of the game but David played amazing. He was dangling everyone all over the ice, making plays, and creating scoring chances. I was totally impressed by him in this game, he has hands as soft as... i don't know something extremely soft :P .
  21. Helmet: rbk 8k with itech cage Shoulders: Rbk 3k or 4k... love them Elbows: sherwood 5030 traditional pants: Vic oldies Shins: nike v11... worst shins I've ever worn Gloves: easton pro stock nylons red/white Skates: Rbk 8k Sticks: Warrior dolomite, synergy se, synergy sl shaft, 2 rbk 6k ops.
  22. At the moment I am trying to convince my parents to let me take over the old car that sits in the driveway (they're planning on trading it in when our lease is up on the jeep). It's a grand prix (not sure what year) but anyway I don't get my liscence until July, so we'll see. Anyone have ideas on how to convice them :P lol?
  23. Marc_9, do you play for the Louisville Lightning? What league?
  24. Cobra, my brother played in the OPJHL last year and again this year, he was leading scorer for the Seguin Bruins last year and is captain and leading scorer again this year. Was your team in the same division as Seguin?
