  1. Haha. This was actually a first gen sample of the Pure before it was set to be released. See the black marker around the chrome S19 part.
  2. S19 Pure found in a closet at work...
  3. They make little plastic plugs that are made for that exact purpose. Leaving them doesnt really make a difference but I would rather them plugged and glued with the plastic plugs.
  4. Not one in the line up for the RPDs. You didnt miss it.
  5. Might have just used them to plug the old holes. Not sure why he didnt just use plugs and epoxy to cover the old holes.
  6. Its like guys that have been wearing the "X7.0" boot this year and the year before.
  7. Yup. Not the new Mission frame with the new cutouts but still the 80 80 76 76 wheel set up. Size 6.5 Cant wait to see what the APX2R skate is going to cost. APX cost was 799.99 and APXR was 849.99 - APX2 cost is 849.99 so APX2R cost might be 899.99?
  8. 50% of the time it works all the time

  9. When I used them they were baked then skated on maybe 15 to 30 min later. I agree that they do feel that they were cool and I didnt feel that I was hurting the boot very much or at all. Cant argue with the man behind the boot but I'd still tell customers to wait a day, might just be me trying to be safe. Most people dont have a problem waiting overnight.
  10. Depends on who you talk to then. I have heard reps say things that I dont always agree with or hear one rep say somthing and the other somthing diferent. I know I always let my skates sit and cool overnight, cant make somebody stay off them but whats 24hrs really?
  11. True. Life of demo gear eh? Makes a more comfey demo having skates that have been used and baked multiple times. My demos at EastonLIVE hapened to be brand new and out of the box first day. News to me.....realized they werent sharpened and looked like I couldnt skate first stride. Bad on my end not checking before making the big first stride. After gathering my pride and dusting off my pants I went and grabbed a sharpened pair.
  12. Those skates have been baked so many times over the Easton trip its not even funny. As jsykes said, they are not worried if they break down. I side on waiting 24hrs to skate on them.
  13. U.S retial for the RBZ senior is 750$.
  14. I just dont see this being very cost effective without a serious background in engineering. Im sure it can be done as people have said it can but with the time and effort with cost factored in this isnt the way to go.
  15. Interested in hockey help. I run a facebook page dedicated to that, come on over. I do reviews on products as well.http://www.facebook.com/TylerRoysHockeyCorner
