2017 Warrior Hockey Catalogue
Miseaujeu replied to JR Boucicaut's topic in 2017 Product Catalogue Reviews
Sales. Plain and simple. 2015 Dynasty line offered W01 on every model and 28 flex options. The product didn't move. A pattern to consider and to start getting yourself accustomed to is W88. Though the curve is deeper, the blade size, heel shape and other profile features are the closest. -

W01 is still with us in 2018, but it is very limited...I'm not using the words "phased out" yet though. Thanks for the kind words on QX4. I can't take any credit, but will pass along your thoughts to our product team. It's a source of pride for our engineering team that we continue to improve ALL our sticks in each line. They've done a fantastic job over the years. -

The functional tech (Quick Strike/Saber Taper) is the same through the whole line. Whether you pay $300 or $90 for your stick, it's the same tech(we're pretty proud of that). The major differences you'll see, from Warrior, is raw material and process. The higher end sticks are lighter and are made using USA materials at our pro factory. The lower models are a little heavier with materials that don't have as high tolerance and more composite content. BUT - I will say that our processes and efficiencies over the years have made our $99-$200 sticks very very good. Our $99 stick in 2017 is lighter and performs better than our high-end sticks from as little as 4yrs ago. -

Alpha Force Pro stick is an SMU for SEC dealers. Its closest spec is to the Alpha QX4 with some updates (12K graphite blade) Here's a link to some more info from SEC. http://sportsexcellence.com/product/warrior-alpha-force-pro/ -

DT1 Construction is currently live for Custom sticks being built with Dagger Taper Specs. The new blade features will be on all Dagger sticks being produced forward. For Covert graphics being up as an option on the customizer - I don't have a clear date as yet, but I think it will be Summer'13. -

Sorry....Gionta in Dynasty-represented price points was even more dismal sales-wise. FWIW - The Gionta retail pattern was actually based on an old Demitra pro pattern version...I just noticed your avatar. RIP -
I'm having a flashback of Thom and Kelly leaving Bauer... Very Best luck, I'm rooting for you guys.

Not the Smyth. Don't get so disappointed until you actually see the pattern in person. -

They're not really LAX gloves. Try them on first, then decide. -
The pricing on the customizer is merely a "suggested retail price". Doesn't necessarily mean it's the set price.

It was printed backwards in the catalog...good catch. It was too late to change it after the first print. working on tagging each of our sticks at retail so it's easy to determine between the different flex profiles so consumers can pick the right flex for their abilities. Keith -

if I did that, what would I do! It is a Special Make product for Hockeymonkey. Very similar to the Anthem in performance and spec. I think the DoloSpyne 2010 solves the issue of extreme color combos. The Chrome/Black/Blue or Gold combinations are less polarizing than the Orange/Yellow and Green/Blue in the past.
