As an American I obviously hate China but this is pretty damn cool. I would buy multiple pairs of those socks though, Reebok EDGE usually doesn't last long.

The elbow pads are awesome though? So I'm keeping my old U+12 over the NXG. I would probably need an Adult small at the minimum. Swapping out my CCM CL. I'm 5'8 160 lbs and went with the Medium. It's not even the shoulder caps, they are small but they don't sit snug to the body so they just float. I am not an NFL player. That being said, I'm picking up the Bauer NXG Shoulders as I love the pants and they sit really snug to the shoulders. I didn't use them so it's a clean swap + I get 20 bucks out of the deal. Pair that up with TH membership reward and it's basically an easy $50. Stiffness wise sure, but I'm sure the pitch and everything is relatively the same (along with heat moldability)? Overall with the V9 coming out I don't see them making a full line of Makos. I suggested they should make the Mako in a LE Blue edition, that would look amazing.

I believe I heard the same thing about the CL compared to the Reebok. Part of the reason why I don't order online (although puckstop.com from Britain already has them early). I just picked up a pair of Reebok Edge socks with my Easton RS2 shins and I have to say I'm SO EXCITED to try them out. They feel so snug and narrow it's ridiculous. I'm never going back to knit ever again. Hopefully the Reebok Edge stay on retail for the future.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think most companies do this. It's the same skate, but it's an awkward size figuring that many would opt for the Senior since the child's feet is still growing.

Working on upgrading my shoulder pads, then comes skates then cheap elbows. Gloves I really don't mind since they are broken in and comfortable, but one of these days I will buy the 11k glove with slash protector.
