    The first time you put the skates on and skate around you will feel a noticeable forward lean almost where you feel a bit unbalanced, but after you get going and really skating in them you will not notice the lean at all. Like Justin said the boot puts you in a natural skating position which well, becomes natural feeling lol. You can really tell alot of inline specific thought goes into the design of the skates.

    My size 6 RPDs had 80mm wheels and a small frame.....My CA7 size 6 had 76mm and Xsmall frame.

    I had to go down to a 6D in the CA9 from a 6.5D in RX60's....No problems with the boot, really compfy, I just can not get used to the frame on the skate.

    Just the downside of not having a walk-in retail store in NC that carries various sizes/styles especially higher end skates.

    I wear a 6.5D in X60's, I got a 6.5D in the C9's baked them properly. They just felt to loose, I tied them as tight as I could but could never get them to feel tight and comfortable.I prefer a hi-lo set up to the all 80mm set-up, that contributed to going with another set-up. Should I have down sized more? Everything I have read on the sizing lead me to the 6.5D.

    Id go bigger, like a large. I wear a small in Mission and Bauer pants and the mens small in Alkali is way to small for me? I feel in the fit guidlines and the pants are marked as an adult small, but they are closer to a junior large. I ended up selling my CA9 skates because I never could get a good fit in them and I have these CA7 pants that dont fit at all either. i have had terriable luck with Alkali.

    I have both RX60's and APXR's and to me they feel like they have the same pitch and I have no trouble skating between the two. I think your difference in Vanguard frame/pitch/skate fit will defiantly be different on the CCM's than on the APX and RX60's.

    I noticed on pshg site they had a pull down menu for the "works" Easton gloves. Anyone here gotten a pair of the Easton "works" or know where to find info on some of there options? I know there was a topic here awhile back that got closed but other than that I couldn't find anything. Thanks

    I noticed this as well...BUT only when I was barefoot. When I wore socks I had no issues. Maybe that was the problem.

    I cant speak for George's, But I can confirm that Peaches will sew the top hand pad back in.(I sent him some replacements I cut out of other gloves however).

    I agree, I have skated a good amount of time on hi-lo and 80mm set-ups and both have pro's and cons of course, but I could skate well on either at any time given a few minutes to get adjusted to each.
