I use a flat head screw driver to wedge my footbeds out of my skates.

Kings have been very generous w/ rings. In 2012 all Kings employees including interns got real rings, not the same as Players and Coaches but they have diamonds and such. I've seen a few in person and they are awesome. Pretty sure they did the same for 2014. The replica give away is nice but they are plastic. Tiffany also sells a fan ring that is real jewelry.

I just read that article b4 coming here and was confused about the helmets they are focusing on such as the Bauer 4500 and it didn't mention new helmet tech that has come out in the past few years.

BTW if you haven't been fitted for running shoes in a long time, I recommend getting fitted, it's worth the extra $$$ just to make sure you are in the right size...
