They look... awfully... glittery? Kinda' like a spinner you would use fishing. I assume it's just a flash thing. Hell, I hope it's just a flash thing. EDIT: I reread that and I kinda' sounded like a dick, knockin' on your new skates. Sorry, it wasn't intentional. I like the look of the all black better as well. I just haven't noticed the shine before. :D I have to agree.... the all black is much better looking but the sparkly stuff is kind of a lot. Still, ILL skates. Im not entirely sure vapors would fit me, I have a pretty deep foot and the one95's are even a little snug (and they're EE as well)

How about this: 24 years old, college graduate spending the last two years at the largest custodial banking firm in the world. Over a two year span, promoted to senior associate, preparing for grad school/ cfa / series exams and I went through THREE interviews at a major firm, meeting with a total of 13 people for a combined 12 hours time period. Call today, sorry... didn't get the job! WTF do I have to do make some money in this world, college left me broke... hockey doesnt help haha dude, have to keep the skeletons in the closet or WELL hidden

new shell, just an experiment I grabbed off ebay... I only dropped 35 on it so not a huge custom investment! the below pics (royal shell) were from THR in Toronto and ran me almost a 100 bucks! The new shell is like what would happen if Bob Gainey smoked crack and changed up the Habs' unis. positives: good quality shell, made in Canada by Eagle out of London, Ontario. Aggressive style, freakin' white! Negative: the shell is HUGE, I thought a large would be a good size, maybe for pants but certainly not a shell. The drawstring doesn't have the kind of rope that TPS shells have so holding these things may be a challenge. They spelled the logo Canadians, rather than Canadiens... I am idiot not for looking at that! Either way, it's a pretty nice shell so we'll see how I like it. here are a few pics!

I wouldn't say it was a tough loss. The B's were outplayed in almost every facet of that game, except for Bergy's shorty. They need a room fogger full of 5 hour energy. I have to give the Caps props they were very disciplined and tight defensively and buzzing all night. Bergy looks like he's back in form. Krejci looks pretty good for coming back from surgery. Hunwick and Stuart played "I don't want it, you take it" with the puck all night. If I had a dollar for every time they went backward towards their own net I'd be rich. It looke like the playoffs vs Carolina out there. As upset as I was with the B's game....I was stoked for fantasy as I had Ovie, Semin, and Laich starting last night. certainly looked flat alllll night... long season though, plenty of puck to be played! go habs go (sorry, just had to do it)

I think the team got caught up in the opening night buzz and maybe felt some pressure to come out rolling after their playoff exit last year. I had some great seats for the game, and while I am a Canadiens fan (I know, how?) I enjoyed hockey finally coming back. Ovy looked a little rusty out there, while he obviously had a night stat night he could have scored several more if he was on his game. There were a lot of chances where his passes were a little off and what not. He's going to have a great season... well, thats enough for now I guess.

those are sick, might get mad dirty tho how did you paint the toe cap... just carefully tape everything off on the skate and work away with the krylon? Once painted, did you apply any sealer or is it just raw paint?

He played in my sat night hour last week, gay ass mirrored visor and a pair of ccm 6.0's with blue laces all he did was run his damn mouth the entire night, he also mentioned quincy youth was his favorite rink so I'm assuming we may have a match. This guy thought he had game but I'm not sure about that, I'm no slouch but I'm also a converted forward after playing goal my whole life and I shut him down the entire night
