just came back from a pretty long suspension and was pretty excited to finally play again, what do you know second shift of the game i get tossed on a pretty chincey call, pretty damn rattled at the moment

man im starting to hate monday practices, last week it was an hour bag skate and 30 mins of battle drills because we didnt stick to the game plan in an 8-2 win and then tonight we had a 5 km run before our practice and then got skated for half of it because our coach said he one kid didnt call for a pass, this is all on top of me not playing for the last 3 weeks because of a suspension and this weekend before our game the league called our coach to tell him they have added 5 games onto mine and another teammates suspension. Hockeys been rough the last little while for me ughhhh

cant remember a thing from last night, woke up in my truck in the middle of nowhere and my rear bumper messed up, apparently a couple "buddys" convinced me i was fine to drive, im am so pissed at myself right now i cant believe i would do that, i am just happy no one was hurt

Yea its junior and i know its all a part of it, our coach loves grinders and hes more of an offensive player so its understandable that they dont see eye to eye, our team from last year pretty much got ripped apart so far this year we were a pretty close group of guys last year, we have 4 returning guys this year so its pretty much a totally different team. He will definately do better with the new team, the new team had apparently been trying to get him since the end of last season so itll be good for him to play for a team that really wants him. side note i am finally getting to play this year as i tried out for jr a and my team from last year didnt expect me back and ended up signing the max amount of guys so ive been sitting out for the last week and a half waiting for them to make some room, quite happy to be back

got sent home from jr a tryouts last week, finally make it home this weekend for our jr b teams opening weekend, never got to play (which is somewhat reasonable because i havent practiced with the team yet but still sucks) so at practice last night i broke my 3rd xxx lite this month, absolutely love the sticks but some durability would be nice, luckily this one was still in the warranty period and was only used for 20 minutes in total

so main camp is in full swing trying to make a junior a team in manitoba, already have more goals in 4 games then i did all last season haha feels pretty good when things or going decent in the offence category as thats always been one of my down sides, now just gotta keep it up

damn that sucks man, one of my buddies has surgey a couple months ago on his labrum, the doctors found the tendon all the way down in his bicep

ya i feel ya man. I just need to relax and realize you dont get these type of opportunities all the time so i should make the most of it. Its all about experiencing the most i can at this point

so i have moved away from my home town to tryout for a jr a team, so far i havent been very happy at all missing my buddies, girls, family ect and there is basically nothing to do in this little hick town, just feeling really down right now, hopefully things start turning around, i might just say screw it and head back home who knows

had our teams fitness testing today, didnt do very well at all, it is really pissing me off seeing as this summer was the hardest training ive ever done in the off season. Doesnt help that my coach beaked me about my fitness saying "Have fun at that jr a camp sprinting like that". I guess i have something to prove going into the on ice sessions. Extremly frustrated right now having put in all that work and not seeing any results! ahhhhhhhh

An extremely close friend of mine is going through some serious stuff right now (alcoholism/eating disorder) and its really starting to get to me, seeing one of mine bestfriends to that to herself is really starting to bother me, Im getting to the point where im just getting angry with her which i dont think is helping the situation at all. I feel helpless, i just feel like there is nothing i can do for this person

Went camping yesterday and on the drive there my rear diff exploded on me, so i got my step dad to come tow it and then continued on with a few friends to the camping spot, wake up in the morning to a tent full of water, wind and raining like crazy, looks like the rear diff if i took it to toyota (which I wouldnt do anyways) would cost me abou 3 grand, should be interesting to see how much this problem is gonna cost me

went to go to work yesterday morning at 430 and my trucks battery is completely shot cant get to work and find out the battery is toast, on the positive side I used a family friends account at one of the local auto shops so the new one only cost me 90 bucks instead of the 160 it was supposed to, also my t on my keyboard is really pissing me off i have to slam the damn thing for it to work

yea i found out today my buddy got drafted today, it sucks seeing buddies and kids i played against getting drafted or playing in the show and looking at where i'm at with my hockey "career"

Where to start. Friday night go to a camping spot with a couple buddies and i end up getting smashed with a metal flashlight multiple times because the kid thought i was mouthing him off which i wasnt as i was off at a different campsite when the mouthing off happened so now i have 4 huge deep gashes in my head and a bruised up face. Then to top it off we decide to leave and my buddy whos driving ends up getting us lost and his car breaks down. At this point its about 7 am so we decide to walk as we didnt think it was that far. Well 8 hours of walking through all the logging roads and running into bears and getting a terrible sunburn we finally make it back to some civilization. Felt nice to be home

That makes it much better i would think. Drinking and driving is much more serious. Just drinking underage isnt really that bad. for the most part everyone has done that. I wouldnt make too much of it

Yea the head casket was replaced a few months before i got it. My step dad has owned 3 toyota trucks (87-92 years) so we made sure to check for all of the typical problems. Very happy with the truck so far although my only problem so far is the 4 wheel is starting to go which im guessing has to do with the spider gears. Thanks for the info of the warning signs though. Any other typical problems and warning signs I should know about, Thanks guys

I went with the 6. I found a pretty sweet deal it has had 2 previous owners 1 was a car collector and was used as his daily driver and the second was a friend of his that was forced to treat it the same way haha

Dude we have the same truck! Same colour and everything I havent done the lift and tires yet. Those are first on the list though. You got a 4 or 6 cylinder in there i cant totally see in the pic
