    Yeah just masked everything off really good, it really wasn't that hard, no real tough spots to tape, other than the inside of the boot that connects to the toe cap. But yeah just did that, sanded it a little so it could adhere a little better, and sprayed away. No sealer although I'm considering it.

    I'm a tongues out guy, but I prefer it in moderation. Floppage to the first eyelet would be a little distracting for me. Or maybe he just rocks them up so he doesn't have to wear shinpads...

    You can feel them but it's not bad. I think the with mobility and lightweight you get with them it's still worth it. If your league is really check savvy I would suggest leaving the caps on though, and they're not bulky once you mold them with a heat gun.

    Love them, best shoulders I've had. Went from V-14's, 5030's, then these. Closest I can be to no shouldies and still technically have them. I can't feel them when they're on and protection is great even without the caps.
