CCM Vector 6.0 Skates (Sr) Fit These were the last skates I got molded by a machine. The CCM F-I-T System to be exact, my LHS got rid of it after these skates. When I put them on at first, they were a little tight, but molding them solved the problem. They fit like a glove after having them molded, and I loved the feel. I wore them around my house basically 24/7 before they actually saw ice time. 9/10 Blade/Holder I got my skates profiled, which I usually do with all of my skates, until I got my Missions, which I didn't profile. The blade started to show rust after about 10 months of use, very good holder IMO, very durable. 9/10 Weight/Protection The weight on these skates seems like any other skate to me. When I wear a skate, I really can't tell whether it's light or heavy, but these felt pretty light in my hands. The protection is very nice on these skates, took many shots to the boot, but it still held up strong. 8/10 Durability These skates held up very well. As I said before, I took many shots to the skate, but it still held up strong. 10/10 Intangibles Thumbs up to THC for developing the Skate-Lock. This allowed me to get the perfect fit whenever I laced up, without the skate losing it's tightness. Very smart feature on the skate. 10/10 Conclusion For the money I paid for this skate (219.99 USD, I got them when they first came out), this was a very well made skate. I almost bought them again, but tried on Mission S400's, and loved them right away. If you cannot afford top end skates like the Vapor XX, XXX, Mission S500, or Vector Pro, these skates are a very good substituion. Overall-9/10

Mission M-1 75 Flex Gaborik Curve BLADE- I love the feel of the M-1's blade. Passes come off great, blade shoots like no other I have used. Very durable. 9-10 SHAFT/FLEX- The shaft is a boxy shape, but I like that about the M-1. The 75 flex feels a tad lower, so it is perfect for me, as I like sticks that aren't too whippy, yet aren't too stiff. 10-10 PP STICKHANDLING/RECEIVING PASSES- The stick excels here very much. This stick handles and recieves passes like no other stick. I have used many other sticks, but the M-1 blows the rest of the sticks out of the water. I don't think I could use any other sticks but Mission after using the M-1. 10-10 SHOOTING- Wow. I have used Responses, Vectors, XX's, Synergy's, many shafts and a few woodies. But this stick is amazing when it comes to shooting. Absolutely amazing. I definitely have noticed a change in my shots since going to the M-1, and as I said before, I don't think I could go back. 10-10 WEIGHT/BALANCE- The weight isn't a problem to me. It may not be the lightest stick on the market, but it isn't the heaviest, and it doesn't bother me. The Balance is unbelieveable. This may sound like I'm sucking up to Mission and Justin  , but it's really how I feel about this stick DURABILITY- Absolute Tank. It too ka goof 6 months for the blade to FINALLY start to show some wear, and that is VERY good for a stick, IMO. I have taken many nasty slashes, but the stick still holds up as strong as ever. 10-10 INTANGIBLES- The "Beemer Blue" paint job looks very nice IMO, and I love how Mission comes out with the bright but cool colors. It now seems like they go for a Red White Blue scheme almost, L-2, M-1, Hex-1. 9-10 CONCLUSION- After using the Mission M-1, and L-2, I am really hooked on Mission's sticks. I really don't think I could go back, and I really would like to give the Hex-1 a try. 10-10 Wow, very positive review! :D Thumbs up Justin and Mission Hockey!!!

Bauer 5000 Helmet Size-M Test Cage- CCM Chrome FIT: I love the adjustable feature on this helmet, and it allows me to change it whenever needed. I love the gel packs, it kind of seems like a form fitted helmet if it's on tight enough. 9-10 PROTECTION: Well, I have suffered a concussion in this helmet, but that was from a hit from behind, right into the boards. I was wearing this helmet. Otherwise, it is a very protective helmet IMO. 7-10 (PP) WEIGHT: Very light, no complaints here. 10-10 DURABILITY: I have had two of these helmets so far, and the first one was crap I say. It didn't last very long at all. The next one I got, which was Christmas of 2004, has held up very well, although I haven't had very much playing time in it due to a dislocated knee in January 05. 5-10 for first helmet, 8-10 for second INTANGIBLES: I love the foam/gel packs in the helmet, have had no problems with them. CONCLUSION: I love this helmet. It is a very comfortable, and light helmet. I think I'm stuck on Bauer 5000 helmets from now on. 9-10
