I hate how Reebok didn't put the actual weight of their sticks in the catalogue and instead just categorized the sticks within a certain range of weights :S Does anyone know the exact weight of the 10k or 8.0.8?

The shoulder pads put me in awe...what a weird style of shouldies (the top end ones) Im curious to feel the mobility in them.

Hahah I most def. will flop them, i love them though, the white felt around is beautiful. And of course more protection than previous tongue, after all I am a defencemen and all i do is block shots, so its not all about aesthetics for getting those tongues :P

just got my one95 tongues and placed them on my one75's, just need to get them stitched on now. skates are a size 7.5 and the tongues were from a 10, should be interesting to see the final product. thx for the tongues fletch :)

Sooo, what is it? lol I noticed the shaft has the same feel as a U+ though, but def. a different blade. whatever it is though, it's a fantastic stick. Picked up another 10k that belonged to Spezza, curious to know if it is the real 10k now :S and it doesn't have his special wood blade composite shaft combo, it's full composite. Anyone know if spezza is using a different stick as well, painted as a 10k?

Thanks JR, now does this mean it's basically a V10 painted as a 10k? or does it still have the features of the Reebok 10k coming out to retail?

Perhaps a carbon wrap over a wood blade? That's my guess b/c the hosel area definitely looks like wood (or atleast a wood core) in that picture. im pretty sure it's a composite blade, cause there was another 10k at the store with a broken blade and i saw that it had the hard foam in it, i guess you could say? it's the same material i've seen in all my composite blades i've broken. BUT yeah i'm trying to figure out if it is a wood hosel or not. If it is a wood hosel, what's the reason for making it like that, if anyone knows? ideas are welcomed too.

sorry forgot to take the tape job off it, but you can def. see the carbon weaves on the blade in this picture. and it's not a painted on carbon design weave like the 07' CCM V10's, and the shaft is composite, just has a 3k weave.

so just picked up a new 10k, and i noticed something different about where the shaft and blade meets, i circled it in the picture, I'm wondering if anyone has any insight in what it could be? the stick and blade is full composite, at least it appears to be.

I'm not even sure, the size between of the blade is in between a standard and tapered blade, it use to be donovan's blade so I'm not sure, it's not a retail blade. And I did flip the shaft in order to put a blade in it. The Sens Store They're pretty consistent, the first blade i curved myself from Donovan's wood blade so it's a bit different, the last stick is a bit tilted so the curve looks a bit different but they are the same.

well...bought a brand new pro stock SE16 Spezza about a week ago, couple of uses in the arena and outside rinks AND it broke...terribly...was this the common break point for synergy's people have been talking about??

my SE16 belonged to spezza he never used it cause it was a full composite, and my 8.0.8 use to be Chris Neil's.

got another new stick, the SE16 weird custom curve on it.

nah doesn't say it anywhere and i was wrong about it being lighter than the 10k, its about the same if not a LITTLE heavier than it, but for sure its lighter than a U+ and One95.

Updated stick collection, the new 8.0.8 stick is possibly the lightest stick i've felt yet, i compared it to the one95 and 10k and found it to be much lighter.

Ya all be there next year for shure. What time did u go at exacly? I need to no a good time to go at. The sale starts at 830am and i arrived at ScotiaBank Place at 6am and was 40th in line, and they let people in at intervals of 25-30. Next year I will be aiming to arrive @ 4 or 5am =D

the sale was in the big tent just outside of the arena, can't miss it, and you def. have to go 3-4 hours prior to get first dibs on good conditioned / usable skates. Sticks, they had A LOT, and they keep refilling as the sale goes on, skates, there were about 100 pairs, some new, some used, bunch load of sens socks, lotta helmets, but they ALL suck, lotta pants, and not too many other protective equipment.
