Ogie Oglethorpe 14 Report post Posted May 6, 2005 Many probably saw this on the recent mailer, but for those who didn't, Hockey.com has a special "buy one, get one free" promotion for some of their OPS (Koho 4490, Nike Quest Apollo , Sher-Wood Eclipse, and Montreal Nitro). ntwusc 62 Report post Posted May 11, 2005 Can someone tell me how they liked their Nike Quest Apollo OPS? I'm currently using an old Bauer Tri-flex Gold OPS and I really like it, but they're discontinued and my tri-flex has cracked. I also noticed that hockey.com lists the Apollo in what appear to be Bauer curves and flexes. Are those correct?
dietzie27 0 Report post Posted May 12, 2005 check out the review by buzz, and ive never heard anything bad about them. nike/bauer are the same flexes. not sure about curves

wristshot19 0 Report post Posted May 12, 2005 I also put a vote in for the Apollo. I have an Apollo Legwand right now and would buy another if I could find it for a good price. Great stick and holds up real well. The only gripe I have is that the exterior coating on the blade has peeled away after all of the times I have re-taped the stick. Too bad the Legwand is not one of the buy 1 get one free sticks.
