Custom Jerseys

Recommended Posts

this summer/fall my team is looking for some custom jerseys. one white jersey with one gold and one green stripe on the arm and at the bottom with a green collar and one green jersey with the same striping only replacing the green with white and a gold collar, oh also with tie up collars, fight straps, and possibly double elbows. does anyone know any good online retailers or any good companys to go through, thanks

I've done a lot with SP and they've been pretty good about custom orders. They also have more than 100 different stock jerseys.

In fact, the ASA and ASH are very similar to what you're looking for. Go to www.spapparel.com and look under hockey, international and it's on page two. The pro weight Jerseys come with a fight strap and reinforced elbows and shoulders. Adding the lace up collar is only a couple more dollars. The only downside is the international jerseys take 6 weeks or so to turn around. You may be able to get a little better turnaround if you go through a dealer who does decent volume with them.

wow chadd, thats awesome, thanks once again, BTW what country is AS?

No idea at all.

Minimum order is 12 and you may or may not be better off adding the tie down and reinforcements to the regular weight as it will cost less than the pro jersey. You're looking at $25-$30 for the regular weight without the extras and $55-$60 for the pro weight where the extras are standard.

You can also try http://www.bradhall.com/

I don't know how their prices compare, but you can design/color the jersey online, then submit it for a quote.

They don't appear to have the additional options he is looking for.

Chadd, how does the quality and construction of SP Apparel replica jerseys compare to AK jerseys?

Also is pricing for the SP Pro Jerseys around the same as CCM Pro jerseys?

Our team has ordered custom AK jerseys with a collar and laces, we haven't recieved them yet but should do tomorrow. It only took two weeks turnaround time to make the jerseys up, but because of international shipping and the frieght company loosing them for ten days we haven't got them yet.

I haven't used SP for replica jerseys. The regular weight jerseys are better than the AK jerseys I have been using for the last few years. An NHL style pro weight jersey would be around $50 or so.

Do their regular weight jerseys have double elbows?

No, but you can add it for a couple bucks extra. I've never come close to wearing out an elbow in any of my jerseys from AK, K1 or SP. Projoys just seem to fall apart in no time for me though.

Eh, the AS jerseys are a country? I assume you mean Australian, but thought the AS ones were Canadian made?

I think the jersey pattern is for Australia but the jerseys are Canadian made.

FYI, all of the International (IIHF) Pro jerseys by Nike/Bauer are actually manufactured by SP Apparel.

Yep. Pissed me off though because SP wouldn't make the black Solar Bears authentic even though they made it Bauer-branded before. The team had to cover up the Bauer logos with a SP logo. That's my Holy Grail of jerseys.
