Price wasn't picked to be a factor this year...or even 2-3 years from now...but in 5-6 years or so...Price and Danis should be ready to be fulltime goalies in the NHL.

2 guys both in their mid 20's coming into their own together....nice set up in net.

I still think a 20 year old Danis, a 30ish Theodore plus a solid D or Brule/Kopitar would've been better.

They need a player like Brule in their line up. My brother's a habs fan and we were watching the draft together and his jaw dropped when they said Carey Price. He let out a sigh of relief when they said from the Western Hockey League....... then he was like, wtf? I was loving it. :)

About the Canucks' goaltending: maybe Cloutier as #1 and Johnson as the backup, with Auld developing for another season as #1 in Manitoba. Then, if the Canucks make the playoffs, and if Cloutier has trouble again, Auld is #1 next year. Or, if Cloutier does well in the playoffs, trade Cloutier and Auld is #1 next year. Or, if Cloutier does really well in the playoffs, keep Cloutier and trade Auld.

After Carolina picked the relief I felt knowing the Habs would either get Pouliot or Brule was incredible. After Pouliot was picked I was extremely pleases the Habs would be getting Brule a player who is from the same general area as me and a player who I've seen play many times and it looked like the Habs were going with the plan as they said from the WHL but as soon as the words Tri City were spoken there were some different emotions coming out of my mouth.
