Fonya 0 Report post Posted August 12, 2005 Seems like a cool thing. At first I thought you could get free nike shoes like one of the pyramid scams lol. Anyways Ive seem people run around the track barefoot to go faster. Maybe this is the shoe for them.

JR Boucicaut 3802 Report post Posted August 12, 2005 What most people don't know about the Free is that it is a training shoe. It is not meant to be worn all the time. What it does is stretch the tendons and muscles in your feet - you're supposed to wear them as a warm-up and cool-down shoe while training. It's an $80 shoe. The trainer (with the strap) is a little more. I was an assistant mgr at a Champs Sports in Orlando between RDV and now.
Edge 0 Report post Posted August 13, 2005 If someone wore it all the time, it seems like the bottom of the shoe would wear out realli quickly from asphault and rough surfaces like that.
JR Boucicaut 3802 Report post Posted August 13, 2005 Not only that, it just would not be healthy for their feet.
Edge 0 Report post Posted August 13, 2005 probably a lot better than flip flops which is what I wear all day. <_<
forsberg91 0 Report post Posted August 13, 2005 I tried those on, and they were so comfortable. They are $80 at places here.
kovalchuk71 212 Report post Posted August 13, 2005 So would every other day be cool? Also wouldnt it be the same as wearing flip flops all day (like rainbows)?
forsberg91 0 Report post Posted August 13, 2005 Im probably going to get a pair of the trainers tomorrow. I hope that they last!
Miike 1 Report post Posted August 14, 2005 I would get them, but i really shouldnt ask my parents for anything right now because, I am in debt a little to much after i bought my vapor XXX skates and 2 Synergy SL's and a pair of Eagle XP's :(
forsberg91 0 Report post Posted August 14, 2005 Yeah i really dont buy too much hockey stuff. I've only owned 3 OPS so I'm not too in debt with my parents.
asdfa 0 Report post Posted August 14, 2005 i read some reviews (one on kicksology when it was still up, which was a really good basketball shoe review site) that said nothing but good things about the shoe, even the durability. i really want to get a pair because i've screwed up a bunch of things with tendons in my foot, but i won't be able to justify the $100 CAN or so to my parents for so little shoe :(
Chadd 916 Report post Posted August 14, 2005 I just a new pair of Converse, they're the only ones I can find that are wide enough in the toe for me. Everything else seems to be narrow in the toe. I almost picked up some Sketchers but there was a seam that rubbed my heel.
