I thought he was going to be hurt when the guy he was going to hit went down and he ended up going face first into the boards. He jumped right back up and got into the play, gotta love that.

i dont know if any of you guys watched his game on tv , but msg had a some cool videos of him when he was younger that his mom sent in. and also she sent in a picture he drew in kindergarten or something about what he wanted to be when he grew up, it was pretty interesting

His brother is a pretty good player too. He played jr.A and was the captain here a few years ago and he recieved a scholarship to West Point.

I was actually at the game vs PIT the other night..barely saw him in the first half of the game but man..he was just all over the ice trying to hit people once they let him loose!!

the couple in front of me was in town from Medicine Hat, so they were pretty psyched..one that he was playing and that the guy behind them was even talking about Ryan..

sad thing is that in the NY papers the next day it was just about Crosby and his 1st game at MSG...granted NYR didn't show up the first 30 min or so.but still was interesting down to the end..

as for his bro..its funny to see someone on the West Point roster listed from Surrey, BC!!
