tps adrenaline control

Recommended Posts

I saw them at my LHS earlier today, no weight listed but it felt comparable to the XXX and SL. Grip was very tacky as mentioned but I don't think it would be a problem despite being more than normal. Priced at 309 CDN here so I wasn't willing to buy one right there and then when they only had Stiff flexes.

It's a very interesting grip. Very tacky but not thick at all. Unlike the redlight control or other grip sticks you can actually feel the shaft.

Has anyone seen them around you yet?

I talked to TPS customer service earlier today and my order is supposed to ship tomorrow. I should see them early next week.

TPS customer service lied to me, they showed up today. :D

I'll bring in the camera tomorrow. I'm only missing one stick out of my dozen, a RH Perry curve whip flex AC.

Other new curves?

i was at pure hockey in marlboro last week, they had them.... i liked the stick a lot, very light, very well balanced. However, the grip was a disappointment to me, yes its like the peel-tacular yellow synergies of old, just a little fingernail was all it needed to peel a bit off... a little "too tacky" IMO... dont worry about a pic, just imagine a black adrenaline w/ green lettering, that is literally the ONLY difference b/t that and the normal adrenaline (other than the grip). i could see myself liking the grip, but only for the like 15 days that it would last (note i havent actually used one yet, its just my best guess that it will peel like the wolf)

Hey Chadd, did ya get any pics?

Can I also get a pic of that perry curve?

I took a few, I'll post them when I get home. If you've seen the Tucker, you've seen the Perry. It's the same curve.

EDIT:

Damn the lighting sucks in the shop and I'm too tired right now to edit out all of the crap in the background.

The Tucker looks alot like the Bauer P106

Very similar, slightly higher lie.

Is the Tucker (Perry) TPS's closest curve to a retail Drury or is the Morrow closer?

Thank you in advance
